Inge - Yin Yoga: A very slow form of yoga which targets the passive sides of our being; on the physical level, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and energy channels are affected, while the mind is challenged to just watch our slight discomfort and practice loving acceptance. In this practice we hold poses for a long time, which allows a very meditative space to arise. Emotional blockages have a tendency to surface and the gentle, soft space this practice puts us in, is perfect to watch these and let them go. A counter practice for the intensely active focus we tend to have in life, this is a perfect chance to find some balance.
